Rhino Sensory UK purchase final plot on Phase One

14 November 2025

Rhino Sensory UK is set to build a 15,900 sq ft warehouse and office building at Cheshire Green Industrial Park near Nantwich, subject to planning permission, having bought the final plot on Phase One at Cheshire Green. The Cheshire-based designer and manufacturer of sensory rooms for people with additional needs is looking to expand its customer base in the UK and has set it sights on further expansion to break into new markets in Europe and the rest of the World. The second phase of land is on the estate is now available, offering plots between 2 and 22 acres for the construction of units between 10,000 and 400,000 sq ft.

Completion of estate road and infrastructure works by contractors Jones Bros

The success of Phase One at Cheshire Green has led to the completion of an estate road and infrastructure works by contractors Jones Bros. These enabling works open up Phase Two providing a further 50 acres for industrial development with plots ranging in size from 2 acres up to 22 acres which can accommodate units from 10,000 sq ft to 400,000 sq ft.

Ground Breaking at Cheshire Green Industrial Park

A ground breaking ceremony took place on Friday 3rd November to mark the official start of construction on site at Cheshire Green Industrial Park. The announcement follows on from the £3.2million funding agreement awarded by the Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) earlier this year.
