Cheshire Green Industrial Park has planning permission for B1 (C) (light industrial), B2 (general industrial) and B8 (warehouse, storage and distribution) businesses. We have design and build packages available for bespoke, highly specified units from 10,000 sqft to 250,000 sqft.

Our only planning constraint is that units can be up to a clear eaves height of 15 metres. We will work with you to design the most appropriate building and lay out of your plot – yard areas, car parking, dock and level access loading, shutters, office areas, communal areas, toilets, finishing etc to suit your business and employee needs. We will team up with AEW Architects to ensure that we create a building and environment that matches your needs but maintains an overall consistency of design with other buildings on the park.
