Cheshire Green Industrial Park is now offering plots from 1 acre to 20 acres available to develop for industrial, warehouse, storage and distribution units. We are extremely flexible with our approach. We don’t have defined plot sizes within the master plan and can therefore offer any amount of land from 1 acre upwards to suit your business needs.

Cheshire Green Industrial Park is a 152 acre site in total and has planning permission for 1.5million sq ft of units covering B1 (C) (light industrial), B2 (general industrial) and B8 (warehouse, storage and distribution). The sites will all be fully serviced and we can help you develop and build the right type of building that completely matches your business’s requirements, whilst also fitting into the well-maintained and sustainable environment of the park.

The roundabout linking the site to the A51 will be built by September 2017 and the access road to plots will be available within 12-14 weeks of an agreed sale.

Plot Size

Plot sizes from 1 to 20 acres available immediately to suit the needs of your business. We have a blank canvas in terms of who can occupy which plots.

Freehold Sales

Currently we are offering freehold plots for sale. Once the sale is agreed, we will help you develop and build the right unit(s) to suit your needs.

Leasehold Occupiers

Our Master Plan

Our indicative master plan gives you an idea of how Cheshire Green Industrial Park and it’s permission for 1.5million sq ft of business units could be developed. Importantly it shows exactly where the access road will be to the site and where it will join the A51.

Built to suit

We will help you design and build units from 10,000 to 250,000sqft to suit your business requirements. It is important that we maintain a design integrity for the overall park to ensure that it fits within the environment and is aesthetically pleasing. We are teaming up with AEW Architects to provide you with designs that will be right for you and for us.
